Refund Policy

Eleuthera Drift Rentals offers a fair and transparent refund policy:

Reservation Deposit & Cancellations

Eleuthera Drift Rentals operates on a reservation-based model in which vehicles are held exclusively for confirmed customers. Once a reservation is confirmed, the vehicle is removed from availability, and other potential customers may be declined for the same dates.

If you cancel your reservation before your scheduled pickup date, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be retained as an inconvenience and opportunity-cost fee to account for the period during which the vehicle was reserved and unavailable to other customers.

Deposit Refund Conditions

The reservation deposit is refundable only at the end of the rental period, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup.

A vehicle is considered to be returned in the same condition when all of the following conditions are met:

• No damage to the exterior, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or paint damage.
• No damage to the interior, including tears, stains, broken components, or excessive wear.
• Vehicle is returned reasonably clean, free of excessive dirt, sand, mud, or stains that require professional auto detailing.
• Fuel level is returned to the same level as when the vehicle was collected.
• No missing keys, accessories, or provided equipment.
• No mechanical or structural issues caused by misuse, negligence, driving on restricted terrain, or failure to follow operating guidelines.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Eleuthera Drift Rentals reserves the right to withhold all or part of the deposit to cover cleaning, repairs, refueling, replacement, or administrative costs.

In certain circumstances, the cost of damages, cleaning, repairs, loss of use, or other related expenses may exceed the amount of the deposit. In such cases, the customer remains fully responsible for all additional costs incurred, and Eleuthera Drift Rentals reserves the right to charge the customer for any excess amount necessary to recover those losses.

No Shows

If you fail to pick up your reserved vehicle without prior notification, no refund will be issued.

Early Returns

Because the nature of this company is to reserve vehicles, any customer who wishes to return a vehicle early will not receive a refund for the remaining days. The funds for the remaining days will be forfeited and used for inconvenience fees. You are responsible for the entire rental period as booked.

Please note: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 to 30 business days.

Reasons beyond our control: We will not be obligated to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or civil unrest.
